Voici le témoignage d’un abhyasi gay du 1er juin posté sur Orkut et relayé par 4d-Don. Ma traduction est suivie de la version originale en anglais.

Je suis gay et abhyasi. Je n'ai jamais pris au sérieux l'homophobie de Chariji jusqu'au moment où j'ai entendu l’un de ses discours de la série «He, the Hookah and I" (ou quelque soit son nom). Cela m’a vraiment beaucoup dérangé. J’ai arrêté de méditer et de faire le cleaning. Eh bien, cela m’a juste rendu irrité, un garçon irrité. J'ai donc repris ma pratique, puis arrêté, et repris à nouveau. Et maintenant, je la fais, je ne la fais pas. J'aurais aimé que Chariji soit plus spirituel qu'il ne le croit.
J'ai aussi entendu parler d'un couple gay français qui a été divisé parce qu'il [Chari] a marié un des partenaires à une femme. Je ne sais pas ce que leurs vies sont devenues maintenant, mais j'espère sincèrement qu'ils ont refait leur vie et sont heureux comme ça.
J’ai écrit à Chariji, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse... hé hé hé lol. Je lui ai même envoyé un e-mail pour l'informer que j'allais signer un partenariat civil avec mon partenaire. Il n'a jamais répondu... hé hé hé lol.
Eh bien, j’ai tout simplement envie d’écrire ces quelques lignes, parce que j'ai aimé vos articles et j’aimerais vraiment échanger avec des abhyasis ou ex abhyasis qui sont gays ou gay-friendly.

Hi all,
I am gay and abhyasi. I never took Chariji's homophobia seriously till the time i heard one of his speeches on 'he, hookah and I" series (or whtaever it is called). That really disturbed me a lot. I stopped meditating and doing cleaning. Well it just made me irritated an irritated fellow. So i started my practice again. stopped again. started again and now i do it on and off. I would have loved that Chariji were more spiritual than he thinks.
I also heard that a french gay couple was split because he got one of the partner's married to a woman. I don't know how what their lives have become now but i do sincerely hope that they remade their lives and are happy with it.
I came out to Chariji a long time back by mail. Never got a reply...hehehe lol. I even sent him an email to inform him that i was going to sign a civil partnership with my partner. He never replied... hhehe lol.
Well just wanted to drop a line because i liked your articles and would really like to interact with abhyasis or ex abhyasis who are gay or gay-friendly.

Je n’ai pas fait une liste exhaustive des propos homophobes de Chari, cela mériterait d’être fait. Je n’en ai retenu qu’un seul, le pire de ce que j’ai jamais entendu. C’était le 12 octobre 2010, il parlait de dégradation morale parce que des gens comme Bill Gates donnent de l’argent contre le SIDA, que le Pape lui-même avait dit une prière spéciale pour ceux qui souffrent du SIDA. Voilà donc ce que Chari qualifiait de dégradation morale. Si les églises ferment les yeux sur les mariages homosexuels, bientôt un homme épousera une vache…
Non, je n’ai rien inventé, ce sont bien ses propos rapportés ci-dessous sans aucun découpage :

Chari est homophobe, Babuji était raciste. Ces individus ne sont pas parfaits, ce ne sont que des êtres humains, avec des qualités et des défauts.
Pourquoi nous abhyasis ou ex-abhyasis voulons nous à tout prix en faire des surhommes ? Pourquoi les vénérons nous comme des demi-dieux ?
Cela doit nous renvoyer à nous-mêmes : sommes nous dans une quête spirituelle , ou bien dans la quête d’un Dieu vivant ?
Nous sommes les seuls responsables du piédestal sur lequel nous avons élevé Chari. Il ne le mérite pas, mais nous n’avons qu’à nous en prendre à nous-mêmes, à nos motivations cachées les plus profondes. Elles ne sont pas toujours très spirituelles.

Elodie, is it possible that when Chari was with Babuji in the Vatican, i.e. before 1983, AIDS was already such a pandemia that the pope would make a special prayer ? Or is Chari delirious ?

Voilà une remarque fort judicieuse. Les mots AIDS/SIDA sont apparus pour la première fois en 1982, alors que Babuji était déjà très diminué physiquement (pour rappel il est décédé en 1983).
Il est fort peu probable qu'un quelconque Pape ait prié pour les malades atteints du SIDA avant le décès de Babuji, la maladie étant alors encore fort peu connue.
Je ne sais pas non plus si Chari et Babuji ont jamais été un jour reçus par le Pape, auquel cas ce serait probablement Paul VI. Il n'était alors aucunement question de SIDA.
Chari délire-t-il ? La question mérite d'être posée. Quelqu'un sait-il s'ils ont rencontré le Pape des chrétiens, et quand ?

Si Babuji (et Chari) ait été reçu par le pape du jour, nous (les abhyasis de Babuji) en aurions entendu parler.
Chari délire (ou plutôt, il ment comme d'habitude). Ils sont tous des menteurs... mais des menteurs "spiritualistes" et non "spirituels".
Ils se sont probablement arrètés à Rome en passage de France (Europe?) ... Babuji etait malade au temps (1982) et je doute qu'ils soient restés longtemps dans la foule de fidèles Chrétiens ... Et l'entourage de Babuji?? Ou était-ils? (Ce de la fantaisie).
J'étais catholique et abhyasi... j'aurais remarqué une audience de Babuji avec le pape. Ce serais dans les journaux du Vatican ou Catholiques.
Ce pape (Bénédict) a nomme un Italien comme le Patron de ceux qui souffre du SIDA après avoir confirmé une guérison miraculeuse attaché aux prières à ce saint:
"Blessed Luigi Scrosoppi, an Oratorian priest (1804-1894) has been made a saint after curing an African dying from Aids."

Were they not visiting the Vatican around 1972? And as far as I know, there has been no private interview with the Pope - never. Before 1983, AIDS was not yet a pandemia calling for special attention from the Vatican and the Pope. I'm not even sure the disease was identified as such before Babuji's departure, but if it was, please remember the beginnings. It was considered to be a Gay disease only. Some even considered it to be God's punishment for same sex sin. Therefore, if a Vatican visit ever took place in 1982, the Pope was surely not performing special prayers for Gays. Which brings us back to Chari's mental condition.

Merci pour ces informations. Babuji et Chari auraient donc visité le Vatican en 1972 sans rencontrer le Pape, qui était bien Paul VI à cette époque.
Le SIDA était alors totalement inconnu. Donc Chari délire ou ment.
Anonymous, could you say us a little bit more about you and Chari ? How do you do with your gay condition, Chari's declarations and your spirituality in Sahaj Marg ?

I don't know if I'm Gay, but I'm happy. Indian men may have some mental issues with sex. For instance, I was recently told by his opponents that Chari is a womanizer. It's pretty hard to believe anything this "gang" says. We know that they willingly lied about Lalaji and his Guru (Huzur).
There are many such "in-accuracies" in their whole organizations... for instance, if you purchase a meal (your receipt may say "donation" although that is not an "intentional" donation but the "sale" of a product (food) and it should be taxed...
Conscious or intentional Lies? I think they are too business savvy and "shrewd" for this to not be intentional.
Lies and morality are not "bed-fellows" on the path to the "GREAT MORALITY" in their "Brighter?" World ... What whould make it "BRIGHTER"?
